Keto Meatloaf

Yields4 Servings

 1 ½ lbs 80% Lean Ground Beef
 ½ Large Yellow Onion, Diced
 ½ cup Bacon’s Heir Pork Panko
 1 Large Egg
 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
 1 tsp Chili Powder
Glaze
  cup AlternaSweets Ketchup
 1 tsp Cumin
 Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Combine all meatloaf ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Place in oven and bake for one hour.
4. While baking, combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
5. After meatloaf has been cooking for 55 minutes, brush with glaze and return to oven.
6. Cook 5 minutes longer to warm glaze.
7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes
8. Serve & Enjoy
