Instant Pot Seafood Gumbo

 2 onion
 3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
 24 oz Sea Bass Fillets
 2 Bell Peppers
 4 Celery Ribs
 26 oz Tomatoes, Diced
 ¼ cup Tomato Paste
 3 Bay Leaves
 2 lbs Shrimp
 1 ½ cups Bone Broth
 Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste

Season your sea bass with Cajun seasoning, sale, and pepper, and make sure it is rubbed in.
Press saute, and then add in your oil and sea bass chunks, and saute for four minutes. Put your sea bass chunks to the side.
Add your pepper, celery, and onion to your instant pot, cooking for two minutes before adding the fish back in. Add in your bay leaf, bone broth, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir well.
Cook for five minutes on high pressure, and then use a quick release before serving.
