Egg Sausage Breakfast Casserole

 10 Eggs
 3 Garlic cloves, minced
 ¾ cup Whipping Cream
 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
 12 oz sausage, cooked and sliced
 2 cups broccoli, chopped
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ½ tsp salt

1. Spray the inside of crock pot with cooking spray.
2. Layer half the sausage, half the broccoli, and half the shredded cheese in crock pot.
3. Repeat with remaining sausage, broccoli and cheese.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, garlic, whipping cream, pepper and salt until combined.
5. Pour egg mixture over layered mixture.
6. Cover and cook on low for four hours or until center is set.
7. Serve and enjoy.
