Creamy Green Bean Casserole
Yields10 Servings
 2 lbs green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
 1 cup leeks, sliced
 ¼ cup coconut milk
 10.50 oz can cream of mushroom soup
 1 ½ cups gouda cheese, shredded

1. In a crock pot stir together green beans, mustard, chestnuts, leeks, coconut milk, and cheddar cheese.
2. Cover and cook on high for 2 ½ hours
3. Serve and enjoy
