BBQ Pulled Pork Dinner with Keto Cole Slaw

45 lbs boneless Pork Shoulder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Ground Allspice
½ tsp Celery Salt
½ tsp Ground Cloves
½ tsp Mustard Powder
1 ½ cups Water
Keto Coleslaw
1 Head of Cabbage
12 tbsp Holi Aioli Spread
2 tbsp Chopped Parsley

1. Combine all spices and rub onto Pork butt, allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator covered in plastic wrap if possible.
2. Place meat in the slow cooker, add water, cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
3. Plate and drizzle each serving with 2 tbsp Alterna Sweets BBQ Sauce

4. Chop cabbage.
5. Combine with spread and parsley in medium bowl.
6. Serve and enjoy!
