French Onion Style Bone Broth Soup

 1 Carton Kettle and Fire Mushroom Chicken Bone Broth
  medium Red Onion, thinly
 ½ tsp minced Garlic
  cup Red Wine
 ½ cup Moon Cheese Gouda
  cup Shredded Gruyere Cheese
 ½ tsp Pepper
 ¼ tsp Salt

1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and saute until onion starts to brown.
2. Add wine and cook for 2-3 minutes, scraping any bits off bottom of pan.
3. Add bone broth and turn stove to low. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
4. Ladle soup into oven-safe bowls. Top with Moon Cheese Gouda and then sprinkle gruyere on top of Moon Cheese.
5. Place under broiler until gruyere is brown and bubbly (approximately 5 minutes).
6. Enjoy!
