This delicious mushroom arancini is perfect for lunch, dinner or family dinner parties. You can make this dish in bigger quality serving to make sure you have enough for your guest.

Mushroom and Herb Arancini

Yields4 Servings

 1 Package Keto and Co Dry Riced Cauliflower Mushroom and Herb
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
 ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
 2 oz Cream Cheese
 1 Package Bacon's Heir Pork Panko
 1 Egg

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Prepare Riced Cauliflower according to package.
• Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheeses.
• Let sit 15 minutes to cool.
• Roll mixture into balls. Dip each ball into egg and then roll in Pork Panko.
• Fly arancini in a pan until outside of each is lightly crisped.
• Place on a greased cooking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
• Serve and enjoy!
