Great article with excellent reviews of keto cookbooks! I’d been wanting to learn more about the keto diet, but I love my carbs. Some of these books make the diet look too easy. The Dirty, Lazy, Keto cookbook sounds like such a fun read; I can hardly wait to get started. Natasha Newton’s cookbook also sounds like it would be a fantastic read.     I think it is awesome that the author includes their story and how they struggle with their weight before following the keto diet. When the author includes their story, it helps me connect with them and understand the struggles, unlike the fake advertisements, see on TV.

In order for the body to enter and remain in a state of ketosis, it is necessary to consume very masculine carbohydrates (max. 50 grams) over a period of time. Most often, the body enters a state of ketosis after 48 hours from the start of reduced carbohydrate intake, after which a ketone is organized to efficiently utilize the energy stored in fat cells. I have read so much about the keto diet and how good it is to loss weight and stay healthy too but I didn’t seem to get the meal I like all these while. So I find these Keto diet cookbooks very useful and helpful considering that I’d have large options to choose from. This will help in being consistent with the keto diets so it can be very much effective.

Thank you for your thorough article about keto diet cookbooks for beginners. I cannot have a lot of fat but I did try the Atkins diet a long time ago and it did work well. Unfortunately, all that bacon for breakfast really upset my IBS. Is there a version of keto that doesn’t have so much fat in it? 

Does only increased fat consumption produce ketosis? I have bookmarked your site for future reference. I will need to look into it much more. Thank you for a well researched, informative read, krs PurpleLioness
